I am a Harford County, Maryland native for over 38 years. I am a Full-time Realtor with over 15 years of Leadership, Management, and Sales experience.  Most recently prior to Real Estate, I was a Sales and Operations Manager for a major Retail chain for 8 years with responsibilities that included sales exceeding 50 million yearly and supervision of approximately 140 employees.

Retail is Like Real Estate - Manage the Process, Communicate the Plan - Ensure the Clients are taken care of Properly....

Why I became a Realtor... 

The top reason, I wanted to be able to spend more quality time with my family! After all, isn't that what we all work for anyway - to make a better life for our families! What good is it all if you can't be there to enjoy it too! I have a great, supportive, and loving wife Kim, a daughter Jazmine, a son Christian, and my youngest daughter Cameron.

Helping people is what I do.  So the transition from Retail to Realtor was pretty easy.  Some of the skills that I posses that will benefit you are:
